can I stick with it? how will it change me?
I’m doing better this week. I didn’t manage yoga on Monday, but practiced for an hour and fifteen minutes today. I want to make more time for reflection, so I can tell you a story about my week instead of just make a check-in post to say how I’m doing or what I did. I’m sure this thing will evolve with time.
This site documents one woman's struggle to bring about positive change in her own life through the regular practice of yoga. The point is not to be an expert or create how-to videos. The point is to share my journey as I try to incorporate yoga into my life as a new habit. How will it change me? How will I overcome my own resistance to change? Join me weekly and find out.

way to go!
I find it hard to spend an hour and 15 min doing anything lately
getting that much in is great.

It’s great that you called it a Yoga “break” as opposed to a yoga “WORK out” or a Yoga “Session” …
Keep it fun!
