can I stick with it? how will it change me?
I haven’t figured out how to track physical changes. I’m open to suggestion. Eventually I’ll post the stuff that really scares me to share - my weight and measurements - but for now, you have to be content knowing my abs are stronger today than yesterday.
This site documents one woman's struggle to bring about positive change in her own life through the regular practice of yoga. The point is not to be an expert or create how-to videos. The point is to share my journey as I try to incorporate yoga into my life as a new habit. How will it change me? How will I overcome my own resistance to change? Join me weekly and find out.

wow, it’s great that you’re already seeing results!
As for tracking changes, you might want to check out Gyminee ( http://www.gyminee.com/ ). It lets you track fitness and nutrition goals/progress - its free and has a lot of cool features. You can share your results/goals or not - but either way its a handy way to track them. I plan on using it when I start my thing on Monday.

With me I track any physical change on how easy it is to put socks on in the morning. Or whether I can bend down and do up my laces without suddenly tumbling flat on my face.
Winter here is conducive to weight gain for me. A tendency to comfort my way through the darker hours by shoveling lots of naughties into my mouth.
Of course, I look like Kate Moss the rest of the year.

Awesome, David! Getting good suggestions from people is one of the bigger reasons I decided to try this project. My group of friends knows so much more than I could even know alone. And then, of course, another great reason for this site is that Robert’s humor always lifts me up!
You know Robert, winter does that to me too. I couldn’t live much further north. The lack of sunlight in winter can be really tough on a person.

Way to go!
I’m afraid of the time commitment myself but this is quite inspiring.
I may have to stop making excuses.

I’m betting you’re all kinds of stronger now. Hope all is going well with the Yoga.
